What are the proofs that this world is the second creation and that there was a first creation before this?

In the Qur’an Majeed, Allah Ta’ala proclaims that you cannot see any differences in the Lord’s creation. Addressing Rasulullah SA in a Hadith Qudsi, Allah Ta’ala declares, “If you did not exist I would not have created the celestial spheres.” When someone passes away, why do we recite the verse “inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un”?

How do these Ayats, Hadith, and other sayings of the Prophet SA prove that this world is the second creation?

If it is established that this world is indeed the second creation, then why did Allah Ta’ala create it? What advice did Syedna al-Mu’ayyad al-Shirazi RA give Mumineen when he narrated the creation of human beings in this world?
