Community Conversations | Taqreeb Interfaith Dialogue

We are excited to invite you to an Interfaith Taqreeb Event hosted by MCC Community Conversations—a space where meaningful dialogue and mutual inspiration flourish. As Imam Jafar us Sadiq SA said: “When brothers meet, God's grace encompasses them."

This session will feature an engaging panel discussion with members of the Latter-Day Saints Faith (commonly known as the Mormon community), renowned for their strong emphasis on community service and youth engagement. Some among us have personally experienced their remarkable kindness, and this conversation aims to explore their organizational approaches to community assistance and the involvement of their youth in selfless service.

Our esteemed guests from Salt Lake City, Utah, including one or two of their community leaders and youth representatives, will join us to share their insights and practices. This is a special opportunity to converse and connect with another community deeply invested in serving others. We draw inspiration from Amirul Mumineen’s words of wisdom, “They are either your brothers in faith or your peers in creation.”
