Legal Update August 2021 - Defendant’s third witness, Abdulqadir Moiz Nooruddin, to be cross-examined

On 30th July 2021, the matter was heard for directions, and the Hon’ble Justice Gautam Patel has assigned 10 days, from 13th to 17th September, and from 8th to 12th November 2021, for further cross-examination of the Defendant’s next witnesses.

Mr. Iqbal Chagla, counsel for the Defendant, had previously indicated that the Defendant’s third witness will be Abdulqadir Moiz Nooruddin, the Defendant’s son-in-law. His cross-examination is scheduled to commence on 13th September 2021. For more details about the succession suit, visit here.
