Eid-ul-Adha Program 1440H

Syedna Taher Fakhruddin TUS led namaaz on Yawm-e-Arafa, eve of Eid ul Adha and prayed morning khutba in Bakersfield, California. Syedna beseeched doa for all Mumineen in his wasila mubaraka. Syedna then graced Eid-ul-Adha Khushi Majlis at the home of a Mumin Muklhis and performed zabihat.

In Mumbai, with raza mubarak of Syedna Fakhruddin, Hizb-e-Khalilullah organized qurbani program and meat distribution. In Darus Sakina Thane, Shehzada Dr Abdeali Bhaisaheb Saifuddin lead Eid Namaaz, beseeched doa in a heartfelt wasila and presided over Eid Khushi Majlis and the Hizb-e-Khalilullah program.

This year a total of 94 qurbanis were done and meat was hand delivered to over 2000 homes by volunteers of Hizb-e-Khalillulah.

Hizb-e-Khalilullah’s mission is to:

• Ensure that Qurbani sheep should be compliant with the stipulations of Shari’at.
• Qurbani meat should be personally delivered to individual homes of Mumineen and Muslimeen, especially in less affluent areas, with dignity and respect.
• The Qurbani and Taqseem program aims to create an atmosphere of mohabbat, cooperation and social service in community members

A detailed report of key facts and financial figures of Eid-ul-Adha activities including the cost of sheep, expenses for maintaining, cutting and cleaning, expenses for distribution of the meat, details of meat output and places where meat was distributed and volunteer hours spent in planning and executing the program has been prepared in keeping with Syedna’s vision that organizations functioning under the umbrella of Dawat should be run professionally with clear transparency.
