Syedna Burhanuddin RA Awarded Padma Shri Award on Republic Day 2015

It is a matter of pride for our community that our beloved 52nd Dai Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin RA was posthumously awarded the Padma Shri Award, one of the highest civilian awards conferred by the Indian government. This was awarded to Syedna Burhanuddin RA for his ‘distinguished service’ to the community, the country and humanity at large. The awards are announced on Republic Day, the 26th of January, every year.
