Syedna Khuzaima Qutbuddin emphasizes the importance of Moharram and the first ten days of renewal of faith and rememberance of Imam Husain. He encourages his followers to fully partake of the blessings of this auspicious occasion. Syedna Qutbuddin understands the need for community members to balance their work and education and therefore has instructed those performing sermons to keep the timing so as to allow community members to take maximum benefit and blessing from this occasion and to minimally impact their work and educational needs. For example in San Jose, Syedna Qutbuddin’s son Shehzada Taher bhaisaheb has kept the timings from 7pm to 9pm In London Syedna’s son Shehzada Dr Abdeali bhaisaheb has kept the timing from 6.45pm to 8.30pm.
