Ashara 1445H Program | Syedna TUS Waaz Live Broadcast

The first ten days of Muharram, Ashara Mubaraka, commemorate the unparalleled sacrifice and commitment that Imam Husain AS, his Ahl-e-Bayt, and close companions demonstrated on the plains of Karbala. Through our Hudaat Kiraam’s tradition of narrating the events of Karbala, we relive those fateful days in which Imam Husain SA was martyred, and in our limited capacity, relate to that ultimate sacrifice for the sake of Truth.

The 54th Dai Syedna Taher Fakhruddin TUS will perform waaz mubarak during Ashara Mubaraka in Mazaar-e-Qutbi Complex in 1445H. 

Waaz Program and Broadcast Details

This year, 1445H, al-Dai al-Fatemi Syedna Taher Fakhruddin TUS will deliver Ashara Mubaraka waaz in the Mazaar-e-Qutbi complex (Thane, India) under the cool shade of Raudat-un-Noor. Waaz will begin daily at 10:30am India time insha’Allah. Mumineen are invited for Niyaaz Jaman thereafter.

Syedna TUS has granted raza for waaz mubarak to be broadcast from 2nd Muharram to 10 Muharram live on YouTube and will be available for replay. The first Waaz Mubarak will be on 2nd Muharram (Wed 19 July). Mumineen viewing the waaz broadcast are advised to observe the same majlis adab & etiquette as they would when attending in person.

Syedna TUS urged all Mumineen to partake in the barakaat of Ashara Waaz in his bayaan on Eid e Ghadeer-e-Khum 1444H.

Marsiya and Noha Majlis

Imam Husain AS Marsiya & Noha majlis will be held every night after Maghrib Isha Namaaz during Ashara Mubaraka 1445H, insha’Allah, and will be broadcast on YouTube at 8pm India time. The first Majlis will be on the 2nd raat of Muharram (Tue, 18 July). Mumineen are invited for Niyaaz Jaman thereafter.

• 1445H Calendar | We are pleased to present the Dawat e Hadiya 1445H Hijri Calendar which presents main miqaats and parallel Gregorian dates. The calendar is presented in printable (A4) PDF format, as well as an e-book. It has also been presented in Google Calendar format with instructions on how to add the calendar on various devices.
• The Zahra Hasanaat will be collecting books for the new library and also lightly used household, clothing and children's items for distribution in low income areas. More details will be published soon.
