Our Exemplars

The conviction of each Nabi, each Imam and, in the Imam’s seclusion, each Dai is unshakable. This same conviction is manifest in the 53rd Dai, Syedna Khuzaima Qutbuddin TUS.

As we celebrate Syedna Burhanuddin’s Milad, we do not simply celebrate an individual’s birth. We celebrate the day in which a divine star was born, when light came forth from light.

There is no better exemplar of resolve, conviction and faith and tawakkul in Allah Ta’ala than Rasulullah SA. In the early days of establishing the religion of Islam

All Prophets are the rasul, messenger, of Allah Ta’ala. Yet the title Rasulullah is reserved for our Prophet, Mohammed Rasulullah. In the Quranic ayat quoted above Allah Ta’ala identifies our Nabi as ‘Mohammadun Rasulullah’.

As we approach Syedna Burhanuddin’s Urus Mubarak, it is the time for Shukur – remembrance of and gratitude for his countless ihsanaat and bounties— and it is also the time for Sabar – fortitude and forbearance.

Mumineen and Muslims believe in Rasulullah SA as the greatest Prophet. Other notable thinkers and writers have also expressed their admiration and respect for Rasulullah SA.

We remember these 72 shuhadaa’ on every occasion, every waaz, every bayaan, every marsiya, because their actions, choices, and sacrifices epitomized complete dedication, faith and conviction in Dawat, and in Sahib-uz-zaman, Imam Husain.

Last, he poured water in the ear of the third head and it flowed down straight through its neck. He receives and digests the wisdom and knowledge that is given to him. He safeguards this knowledge and draws upon it in his life. Syedi Hasanpeer revealed that this is the head of a learned and virtuous man (Saalih Adeeb).

keeping that Qur’an in hand I declare to you that the 53rd Dai – the servant of Imam-uz-zaman – is Khuzaima Qutbuddin. The Nass of all the Dais, the Nass of the 51st Dai and the Nass of the 52nd Dai, has reached me, the 53rd Dai.
